IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. What types of tickets are offered?

Answer: At this time (as of 26.07.2021), we are offering seating tickets without a roof and strolling tickets (standing tickets) for all 5 days from Wednesday, 01.09.2021 to Sunday, 05.09.2021 and additionally day tickets. Depending on the development of the COVID'19 pandemic, we will keep you up to date.

 

2. What do the ticket categories mean? What services are included, where do I have access?

Answer: All visitor tickets grant access to all visitor areas of the site. Access to the stands with their respective seating entitlement is only for ticket holders of the respective admission ticket. Unfortunately, it is not possible to upgrade from a strolling ticket to a seating ticket.

 

3. Are the tickets personalised?  

Answer: Yes, personalisation takes place. According to the "CoronaSchVO", the traceability of all participants must be guaranteed. For this purpose, the names and contact details of the persons attending the equestrian event are recorded. The personalisation takes place after booking in the "my.ticket.io" portal. To do so, first click on the link in the confirmation email, then personalise tickets. Please then enter a name per ticket and download the ticket/s again. Change of names: If your companion changes until the event, you can change the names in the "my.ticket.io" portal up to three hours before admission. If you can no longer find the link, please send an email to .

 

4. Can you change the name for the season ticket on a daily basis?

Answer: Yes, they can transfer the season ticket to another person once they have repersonalised the ticket in the "my.ticket.io" portal up to 3 hours before admission.

 

5. Where do I have a seat?

Answer: At the Grass stadium where the Jumping European Championship trials will take place, we have seats that are not covered. The seat, row and grandstand block are indicated on the ticket. The allocation of grandstand seats to the respective grandstand block will take place shortly before the event. Strolling tickets do not entitle you to a seat in the grandstands at the Grass Stadium. With this ticket, we cordially invite you also to experience the CSI* - CSI*** competitions from the big wall at the Sand Stadium.

 

6. What discounts are available? 

Answer: Children 6 years and under are admitted free of charge, but are not entitled to a seat. Children from 7 to 13 years inclusive receive a reduced admission. PM members (German National Federation) also receive a discount. Please have your proof/ID of membership ready at the entrance, otherwise you will have to pay a surcharge for a normal ticket. Wheelchair users or disabled persons with a "B" in their ID card pay the full admission price; an accompanying person is admitted free of charge, but without entitlement to a seat.

 

7. How to get a ticket with wheelchair reservation?

Ticket booking

1. How can I tell that my order has worked? 

Answer: You enter your email address when booking your ticket and you will receive a confirmation email after ordering your ticket. Please also check your spam folder in your mailbox, the confirmation email may have landed here by mistake.

 

2. When will I receive a booking confirmation? 

Answer: A booking confirmation will be sent after successful payment process.

 

3. Can I view my booking online? 

Answer: Yes, you can view your booking online at any time using the my.ticket.io link provided in your order confirmation.

 

4. Can I still make changes after payment has been made? 

Answer: No, unfortunately that is not possible.

 

5. How to get my tickets?

Answer: After payment you will receive your tickets by e-mail.

 

6. How the tickets are personalised? 

Answer: Via the my.ticket.io link in your order confirmation, each ticket must be personalised before the Longines FEI Jumping European Championship.

 

7. Can I return my tickets?

Answer: No, unfortunately there are no tickets available for purchase on site.

 

2. Can I change tickets on the spot? 

Answer: No, unfortunately that is not possible.

 

3. How to reach the visitors' car park of the site?

5. Are dogs allowed at the event? 

Answer: No, dogs are not allowed on the premises. We would also like to ask you not to leave your dog alone in the car.

 

6. Do I have to register as a visitor on site via a Corona App? 

Answer: Yes, every person who wants to enter the show ground must register on site via the Luca App. The necessary QR codes will be available at the entrance.

 

7. May I take photos?

Answer: Yes, only for own, private use.

1. Which persons have access to the event site?

Answer: In order to be allowed to enter the premises, a negative PoC test (Point of Care), which is not older than 48 hours, must be presented! Even a recovered person and a fully vaccinated person must have a negative PoC test that is not older than 48 hours. ATTENTION: Changes to these regulations are possible at short notice and are based on the current “CoronaSchVO” of the state of NRW or on regulations of the local authorities.

 

2. Do I get my money back in case of a spectator ban? 

Answer: Should there be a complete or partial ban (or restriction) on spectators at short notice due to legal requirements, tickets that have already been paid for and can no longer attend the event will be refunded. We ask for your understanding that the processing fee will be retained for this.

 

3. What happens when only a small number of spectators are allowed? 

Answer: We will keep you updated on changes in the number of visitors. Changes will be announced here on our website at www.riesenbeck2021.com and on the social media channels.
